On the palate, enjoy flavours of blackberries and juicy cherries, with a creamy texture and smooth tannins. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, it’s best served at 15–17°C after 60 minutes of aeration.

It pairs wonderfully with turkey breast schnitzel.

🍷Merlot (2012)

This 2012 vintage showcases Merlot grown in rich chernozem soils. Its deep ruby colour suggests complexity, with aromas of plums, cherries, and poppy flowers. The taste features blackberries and juicy cherries, along with a long-lasting creamy texture. With 13.5% alcohol and full-bodied tannins, this wine offers a memorable experience.

Serve at 15–17°C after 60 minutes of aeration, and again enjoy with turkey breast schnitzel for a delicious meal.
