Fermented for 13–15 days at controlled temperatures and aged for 12 months in Hungarian oak barrels, it develops a smooth complexity. With 13.5% alcohol, balanced acidity, and a touch of sweetness (3.0 g/l), it’s best served at 15–17°C after 60 minutes of aeration. Perfectly paired with dishes like turkey breast schnitzel.
